Returns Policy

At Haus of Hayr, every piece is made with care, finished to a high standard, and inspected before it leaves us. We want you to love what you've ordered — but if something has gone wrong, we're here to make it right.

Change of Mind

We don't offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully, refer to product photos and descriptions, and reach out before purchasing if you'd like more detail on a piece — we're happy to help.

Faulty Items

If your piece arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we'll replace it or refund it — your choice.

To be eligible: — Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email address] — Include your order number, a clear photo of the fault, and a brief description — Return the item in its original condition and packaging

Once we've received and assessed the piece, we'll process your replacement or refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Not Considered Faulty

To keep things clear, the following aren't considered faults: — Wear and tear from regular use, including minor surface scratches over time — Damage caused by improper care (please refer to our care guide) — Tarnishing or discolouration as a result of contact with perfume, lotions, chlorine, or saltwater — Hair ties stretching or losing elasticity over time (these are designed to be replaceable)

Shipping Costs

If your item is faulty, we'll cover return shipping. We'll provide a prepaid return label once your claim is approved.

Sale Items

Sale items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Your Consumer Rights
