Shipping Policy
We ship every order from Brisbane, Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are dispatched the following Monday.
Once your order leaves us, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking. From there, you can follow your Arche all the way to your door.
Australia
— Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $10 — Express Shipping (1–3 business days): $15 — Free Standard Shipping on orders over $80
New Zealand
— Standard International (5–10 business days): $20 — Express International (3–7 business days): $35
Rest of World
— Standard International (7–21 business days): $30 — Express International (5–10 business days): $45
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in your order total and are payable on delivery.
Processing Time
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. During launches, restocks, or sale periods, processing can take up to 5 business days — we'll always let you know if there's a delay.
Tracking
You'll receive tracking the moment your order ships. If you haven't received your order within the expected window and your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, please reach out at [email] and we'll chase it down with the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right. See our [Returns Policy] for full details on faulty or damaged items.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — once an order has been dispatched, we can't redirect it. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll reach out to arrange a re-ship at your cost.
